Terms & Conditions

Welcome to CashKhiladi (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CashKhiladi mobile application, website, tournaments, leaderboards, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By registering, installing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy & Refund Policies. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1) Eligibility & Account

• Age: You confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by applicable law). If you are below 18, you represent that you have parental/guardian consent.
• Jurisdiction: You may use the Services only where they are legal and compliant with local regulations. You are responsible for ensuring legality in your region.
• Registration: You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details (email, phone, password) secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• One Person, One Account: Creating multiple accounts, impersonation, or identity fraud is strictly prohibited.

2) Nature of the Services

CashKhiladi hosts skill-based esports tournaments and community contests for titles such as BGMI and Free Fire. Rewards are in-app Coins only. Coins are virtual items with no real-world cash value and are not redeemable for money. Tournaments are skill-centric; outcomes depend on your gameplay, strategy, and team coordination.

3) Coins, Virtual Items & Subscriptions

• Coins: Coins can be earned through gameplay, events, or in-app purchases. Coins are licensed to you—not sold—and may be modified, limited, or revoked according to these Terms.
• No Cash Payouts: Coins cannot be exchanged for fiat currency, bank transfers, or equivalent. They may be used for in-app features (e.g., entries, cosmetics, giveaways) as made available.
• Digital Items: Any digital items or boosts are delivered instantly and are generally non-refundable once consumed. See our Refund Policy for exceptions (e.g., duplicate charge).
• Subscriptions: If offered, subscriptions provide convenience or cosmetic benefits. They auto-renew unless cancelled. Use our Refund Policy timelines for any refund review windows.

4) Tournament Entries, Formats & Leaderboards

• Entries: Some rooms are free; others may require Coins to join. Entry details (slot time, room ID, rules) are shown in-app.
• Fair Play: Follow the tournament rules (weapon restrictions, team composition, room timing). Rule breaches can lead to disqualification.
• Leaderboards: Standings and ranks are based on in-game performance. Ties and disputes are resolved per the rules posted for that event.
• Cancellations: If we cancel an event for technical/admin reasons, we will credit back the entry (Coins or entry credit). If you withdraw after rooms are published or event has started, the entry is non-refundable.

5) Fair Play, Anti-Cheat & Enforcement

• Cheating: Any form of cheating (aim assist hacks, ESP, macros, modded clients, account sharing, smurfing to gain unfair advantage) is strictly prohibited.
• Integrity: Collusion, boosting, win-trading, or exploiting bugs/glitches is not allowed.
• Proof & Decisions: We may require POV recordings, screenshots, or match IDs. Our tournament admins may make final decisions based on available evidence.
• Penalties: Violations can result in match loss, disqualification, leaderboard reset, temporary/permanent bans, or loss of Coins/items. Severe abuse may be escalated to game publishers or authorities.

6) User Conduct

• Do not post or transmit content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or infringes third-party rights.
• No spam, phishing, or advertising without written permission.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems, or bypass security.
• Respect other players and admins. Toxic behavior or threats may lead to sanctions.

7) Third-Party Games, Platforms & Links

CashKhiladi may rely on third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube for streams, payment gateways, analytics). We do not control or endorse third-party content or policies. Use them at your own risk and review their terms/privacy practices independently.

8) Payments & Taxes

• Payments for subscriptions, Coins, or entries are processed via trusted gateways. Keep your transaction IDs/UTRs for support.
• You are responsible for any taxes or charges arising from purchases under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• Pricing, bundles, and promotions may change at any time.

9) Intellectual Property

• All rights in the CashKhiladi brand, logo, UI, artwork, and code belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, sell, or modify without permission.
• User-generated content (UGC) you submit (clips, screenshots, feedback) remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote it in connection with the Services.

10) Privacy

We process your information per our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to such processing, including security/anti-cheat checks necessary to maintain fair play.

11) Disclaimers

• The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, perfect matchmaking, or specific outcomes/earnings.
• Gameplay performance may depend on your device, network quality, and third-party game servers outside our control.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashKhiladi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits or data), or for any damages exceeding the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, our liability shall be the minimum permitted by law.

13) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CashKhiladi, its affiliates, officers, and staff from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

14) Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access for violations (cheating, fraud, threats) or where required by law/regulators.
• Upon termination, licenses to Coins/virtual items may cease; no compensation is owed unless required by law or our refund policy.

15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer laws. You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by emailing help@cashkhiladi.com before initiating proceedings.

16) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, platform features, or policies. The latest version will be available in-app/website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
