Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds or reversals may be issued for payments made on CashKhiladi (“we,” “our,” “us”).
CashKhiladi hosts skill-based esports tournaments and offers in-app purchases such as entries, subscriptions, and digital items (collectively, “Purchases”).
Our platform awards Coins only (no cash payouts). Please read this policy carefully before making any Purchase.
1) General Principles
- CashKhiladi provides digital services and tournament access; therefore, most Purchases are non-refundable once delivered/consumed.
- All refunds (where applicable) are reviewed case-by-case to maintain fairness and prevent abuse.
- If a refund is approved, it is typically returned to the original payment method or, in some cases, credited as in-app Coins/credits at our discretion.
- We may request proof of payment and reasonable verification to process your request.
2) Subscriptions (if offered)
Subscriptions unlock premium, ad-free, or convenience features. Because these are instant digital benefits, refunds are limited:
- Cooling-off window: You may request a full refund within 24 hours of the initial subscription purchase if you have not materially used the subscription benefits.
- Prorated or partial refunds after 24 hours are generally not available.
- Auto-renewals can be cancelled anytime from your account settings to prevent future charges. Already-charged periods remain non-refundable.
3) Tournament Entry Fees
- If a tournament is cancelled by CashKhiladi due to technical or administrative reasons, the entry fee will be automatically refunded or credited back (e.g., Coins/entry credit).
- If you withdraw your participation before brackets/rooms are published, you may request reversal of the entry fee. Once rooms are published or the event has started, the fee becomes non-refundable.
- No refunds are issued for no-shows, disqualifications due to rules violations/cheating, or poor connectivity on your device/network.
4) Coins, Digital Items & Top-ups
- Coins and other digital items are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once credited to your account.
- Promotional bonuses, free credits, referral rewards, and leaderboard prizes are not eligible for refunds or cash equivalents.
- Coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.
5) Payment Errors & Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, incorrect amount) or did not receive your Coins/subscription after a successful payment:
- Contact us at help@cashkhiladi.com within 72 hours of the transaction with the payment reference/UTR, date, and amount.
- Once verified, we will refund the duplicate/incorrect charge to the original payment method, or credit the missing item to your account.
- Timeframes for bank reversals may vary by provider (generally 5–10 business days).
6) Technical Disruptions
- In rare cases of platform-wide outages or technical faults that prevent a tournament from progressing, affected entries will be refunded or credited.
- Device-specific issues (low battery, crashes, poor internet, OS limitations) are outside our control and are not eligible for refunds.
7) Fraud, Abuse & Policy Violations
- We may deny refunds and/or suspend accounts involved in suspected fraud, chargebacks, abusive refund patterns, multi-account exploitation, or anti-cheat violations.
- Where applicable, we may cooperate with payment providers or authorities to resolve disputes.
8) How to Request a Refund
To request a review, email help@cashkhiladi.com with:
- Registered account email and in-app username.
- Payment reference/UTR, date/time, amount, and payment method (UPI/card/etc.).
- Clear description of the issue (e.g., cancelled tourney, duplicate charge).
- Relevant screenshots (bank success message, in-app receipts).
We typically acknowledge within 24–48 hours (Mon–Sat, IST) and aim to resolve promptly.
9) Resolution & Timelines
- Approved refunds are processed to the original method wherever possible; in some scenarios we may issue in-app credits/Coins when card/UPI reversal is not feasible.
- Bank settlement times vary (generally 5–10 business days). In-app credits reflect instantly once applied.
10) International Users
If you pay from outside India, currency conversion charges, international processing fees, or additional settlement delays may apply. Such third-party fees are non-refundable.
11) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in law, payment rules, or our Services. The latest version will always be available in-app or on our website. Continued use of CashKhiladi after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
